Preschool Graduation

Today was Cami's preschool graduation. She has been doing a little joy school for the past 8 months with 4 other kids from church. She has really enjoyed it and has become good friends with the other kids. The mom in charge of today had a cute little graduation party planned. Each kid came up and sat in a special chair and got a little certificate and medal.

You will notice there is no picture of Cami. That is because when it was her turn THIS is what she did.
She DID NOT want to sit in the special chair, she DID NOT want to have her picture taken, she DID NOT want to get her medal and she DID NOT want to have a party! Isn't that lovely? I don't know how she can be so stubborn one minute and so sweet the next. She definetly knows what she wants and goes for it. Hopefully her strong little personality helps her grow into a strong confident young woman and not a completely rebelious teenager.

I did manage to convince her to let me take some pictures of her once we were home with her medal and certificate. (By then we were back to being sweet).

She had on her Cinderella dress this morning before I took her to preschool. I tried to take her pix in it but alas, she DID NOT WANT PICTURE TAKEN!!!

I can't believe Cami is old enough to graduate from preschool. It seems like yesterday we were talking about how nice it was for you to be pregnant with a little girl.

That's funny. Go Cami! I can't wait to see how her recital goes!
