This is Cosmo, our new baby tortoise. He is about 2 weeks old. So far he is doing great. Let's hope it stays that way. I think desert tortoises are by far the best pet. They hibernate for half the year, eat weeds, require no cleanup, don't care if you ignore them for days on end and for the most part are pretty hardy.
