We've had a busy summer so far. We went to Las Vegas for 2 weeks, went to California, went camping, moved, did swim team, went to scout camp, had family visit and lots of other fun stuff. Still to fit in before school starts: Silverwood, camping again, school shopping, and maybe a trip to Seattle.
The weekend after we got home from Vegas we went camping with Chris's parents and his brother and kids at Conconoly State Park. There were deer everywhere and they weren't afraid of us at all. This deer would walk right up to our camp and sometimes run through the middle of it!
Grandma had lots of fun stuff to keep the kids busy!
There was a lake and river right behind our camp site that the kids loved to hike around and fish in. The boys even swam across the lake.
The men did a great job cooking all the food. We ate well! Can't wait to go camping again, although next time without the pouring rain as we are packing up!
