Fall Sports

Fall sports finished last week and I couldn't be more happy!  I love to watch my kids compete and play sports they love but this season it seemed to go on forever.  And by the end of the season it's just too cold to sit out there and watch!
Cade's 8th grade football team had an awesome season!  They made it to playoffs for 1st and 2nd place but lost in double overtime.  His team is a good group of boys and it will be fun to see them play high school ball next year.  Plus, we won't have to travel to Spokane every week so that will be even better!
Cassidy started ballet this fall and loves it.  She is such a mommy's girl I didn't think she would participate in the class but she does great and is very into it.  She loves when they do a dance with crowns on, or with stuffed animals or fairy wings.  It's very cute to watch.  She insists on wearing her ballet outfit all day after her class.
Cami played soccer and scored several goals a game.  Cade was the ref for quite a few of her games which was fun.
Carter played 5/6th grade football.  This is him running for a touchdown...
doing his little high step moves to avoid a tackle...
and the other team missing and face planting in the grass.
 Touchdown celebration!
Chris was the co-president of Carter's league this year as well as Cade's team's defensive coach which kept him extremely busy.  Meanwhile I was busy keeping two little girls entertained during football games and playing chauffeur for everyone to all their activities.  Now on to basketball, more ballet, and  indoor soccer.
