This is the house we will be renting in Ephrata! It is 5 bedrooms on 2.19 acres. Not our favorite floor plan but it will work. The backyard is huge compared to what we have now! The boys are excited to have their own rooms. We are waiting for the rental agreement from the owners and then it will be official. Ephrata here we come!

Oh YEAH!!!! I'm so glad it worked out with this one, the kids will have room to run and roam! Congratulations on getting it!!! (Bullseye and babies will be happy too, lots of mice!)

Yeah! Um, so I lied, you're going to be in 3rd Ward. Still, lots of good people in that ward too! It's nice that you'll be close to town but not necessarily "in" town.
It looks nice! I am sure that you are anxious that get everything going and feel settled. Congratulations on the girl!
Shana - So what do you know about the ward? Do they have a big primary? Is it a younger ward or older ward or a good mix?
I think it's a pretty good mix, and I can think of at least a few large families with little kids and several others with at least two kids that should be in primary so I'm thinking it's a good sized primary. I can check with a friend of mine to be sure.
We're so excited to have you here in Washington. I'm sure Rick and Sharon and family are REALLY excited. Sorry, no Disneyland close by but Silverwood isn't too shabby. Wenatchee has great shopping - and great camping areas. Welcome to our neck of the woods!

Yay! What a great house! And congrats on baby girl. Cami will spoil her rotten. I'm so excited for your big move. It's been a long time coming. We will be sad to lose you and your family though. :(
