Baseball

The kids are all playing baseball this spring. Carter is in Minors, Cade in Majors and Cami is in Tee-ball. Saturday was opening day and they all had games (all at 11 on different fields!) So far they are all liking it. I went through everyone's game schedules and wrote them all on the calender and realized I will be attending 37 baseball games during the next 6 weeks. Yikes! This is the first time any of them have played baseball except for Cade, who played tee-ball when he was 5. It's been fun to see them learn new skills and try different things.
Cade on first base

Carter sliding into first

Cami on 3rd. She refused to stand on the base because there was a BOY there and she didn't want to stand on his base.

Cami batting (Notice the pink bat. The girls on her team all love to use that bat.)

All the teams during opening ceremonies. Each team was called onto the field and the players names read as they marched to their spot.

I'm glad the kids are excited about baseball. 37 games! I wouldn't know how to keep it all straight.
