2/7 Mon
We spent the day in the doctors office and getting xrays on Cade's nose. He got banged in the face playing football last night at the Super Bowl party. His nose was all swollen and crooked and he had 2 black eyes. Luckily it wasn't broken, just really swollen causing it to be crooked. We have to wait for the swelling to go down before we find out if he has to have anything else done to it but it's looking better already.

Cami and her silly bands. She loves these bracelets and often wears them all the way up her arm and trades with her friends at school.
2/9 Wed
Playing Wii has been a favorite thing to do this winter after school. Today Cami was playing Disney Sing It and belting out the songs quite loudly (and very off-key).
2/10 Thurs
Cade played in a basketball game against a Moses Lake team one of his 2nd cousins is on. He had a couple baskets but his team lost. Unfortunately my camera was on the wrong setting and most of the pictures were blurry.
2/11 Fri
One of Chris's patients got us tickets to the Sound of Music put on by the Moses Lake Stake. It was really good. We got a babysitter for Cass and took the rest of the kids. The boys put up a fight about going but ended up liking it, especially the parts with the Nazis. Since then we have watched the DVD and I've heard all 3 kids singing different songs from the movie around the house.
2/12 Sat
The boys got air soft guns for Christmas. Our house has become the battle grounds to the neighborhood posse of boys. They have full on wars with each other daily. Since then we've had to go get a couple more guns since there are usually 7-8 boys running around the backyard trying to dodge bullets. I figure they went through about 5000 rounds of ammo this weekend with all their friends over. Should be fun this spring when the lawn mower finds them!

Today I made Valentine's Day sugar cookies and the kids decorated them. I love the big pile of sprinkles in the middle of the plate! I think they each ate 3 or 4 tonight, okay, I may have had a few too.

I knew Cami would love Sound of Music, but I totally never thought of the boys with the connection to WWII!! So glad they like one of my favorites! What is air soft ammo, I thought it just shot air??
I can't believe you let Cami wear Silly Bandz to school! I LOATHE those things! I literally have close to 100 I have confiscated... I should give them to her!
The guns shoot plastic bbs. The boys got a case of 10,000 for Christmas that's almost gone! They claim they don't really hurt when you get hit. Alli- she would be thrilled to death! She always comes home with different ones than she went to school with. I'm sure it's quite obnoxious for the teachers.
