Last month was Carter's final Pine Wood Derby. He finished out his Cub Scout career as an undefeated champion. (There were 2 cars that beat his but they were illegal so they weren't allowed to officially qualify for racing). I think Chris is going to be sad he won't have to make another Pine Wood Derby car.
