Chris and I went to WA to look for a house and to check on the progress of the clinic over the weekend. My parents watched the kids for us. They ended up watching my sister Jennifer's kids as well. Being the brave people they are, they took all the kids to the LA Zoo and Disneyland! My brother, Stevie and Lidia (his wife) and Abbey (their baby) and my other sister Allison and her husband Bryan also went to help control the chaos. I am proud to report they made it home with all the kids still alive and well and didn't lose any of them! Thanks mom and dad! The clinic in Ephrata will be done in approx. 3 weeks. The difference between when we first saw it and now is huge! It is looking really good and the owner has replaced pretty much everything from the ground up for us. We are moving into pretty much a brand new building. We are really excited to see everything done and put together. I am also proud to report we found a couple houses that we really like and are working with our realtor to rent. Hopefully we will have more info and pictures of the house soon. Wow, your parents are brave! How fun for your kids to have that memory with them!
So I need details on where these houses are and which ward you will be in! :) Also, where's the clinic? Grandma just told me last weekend that Chris had decided on a place here in town.
Shana - The clinic is diagonal from the movie theater on 4th and basin. There are 3 houses we are waiting to hear on, all are for rent but we are trying to negotiate price, landscaping, etc. They are all off of Dodson and Peachtree. Do you know where that is? I think it's the 1st ward.
I didn't realize your parents had that many kids with them!! They are definitely brave! Glad to know they all made it home safe.
We had a great time, the kids were all so good and helped each other and watched over each other! Cami got to go on the white water rafting ride and Mulholland Madness (both in CA Adventure) for the first time and was so proud! But wow, are we tired!!!
Yes, those would be in first ward. So what did you think of Ephrata?
