Cade went to his first Boy Scout overnight camp this weekend. They went to the Klondike Derby camp up in the mountains in Wenatchee. They had a good group of boys - 13 boys and 5 dads and leaders. Fortunately they didn't get snowed on. They had a great time sledding and took 2nd place in dutch oven cooking and 3rd place in the compass competition. They came home tired, dirty, muddy and smelling like campfire. All signs of a good time!

Must make you feel right at home, a whole group of smelly dirty boys waiting to be picked up from a campout! Congratulations Cade, and we hope this is the beginning of a great time in scouts! (We thought about him all weekend, hoping he was having fun)
