Stuff

Do the math:
9 1/2 years + 3 kids = 16 rubbermaids, 11 trashbags and one huge pile of outgrown kids "stuff"

Attempting to clean out the garage in hopes of someday parking my car in there, or at least being able to walk all the way through without breaking a leg = 13 huge bags of garage sale/DI stuff + 10 rubbermaids of organized "stuff" to keep.

Still no spot for the car but getting closer!
