Cade had a swim meet last night and did really well. It was an all free style meet. He swam in 2 relays and then 2 individual events. His relays got 1st and 3rd. He got 1st in his heat in the 25 free and 2nd in his heat in the 50 free. His stroke techinique is getting so much better!
